Dr.techn. Dietmar Siegele Personal AI coaching for real work tasks

What remains

Not more AI. A workflow that works in your day-to-day job.

We first clarify the goal, material and necessary human control. Then we test with a suitable example.

01

Clarity

We clarify what you want to achieve and what currently costs you time.

02

Practical test

We test the workflow together with suitable material and visible quality checks.

03

Handover

You receive an understandable working result and three concrete next steps.

The result

A traceable solution path with clear control points.

Scope and format are adapted to the task, people involved and work required. Prices are provided only in a confirmed offer.

Three ways

From a clear first step to a tested team workflow.

You bring the task. Together we choose the smallest useful format.

What it can look like

From your task to a result you can check.

Three fictional demonstrations show the path from source material to a draft. They are not client references and do not demonstrate time savings.

Fictional exampleTurn notes into an action plan.Make responsibilities visible and leave unconfirmed deadlines open.

Source material

Team note: “Mara checks the room by Thursday. Jonas asks for the participant count. The sending date is not set yet. Perhaps Lea will handle the invitation; she was absent today.”

Possible result draft

01 · Check the room — Mara — Thursday; calendar date to confirm. 02 · Ask for the participant count — Jonas — deadline open. 03 · Invitation — owner and sending date open; Lea is only a suggestion.

Your review

Compare against the original note: has a suggestion accidentally become a commitment? Are owners and dates correct? Add tasks to the working list only after confirmation.

What you can reuse

A template for task, owner, deadline, source and open question.

Fictional exampleTurn an enquiry into a proposal outline.Clarify missing information before committing to a price or date.

Source material

Enquiry: “We would like our product descriptions revised, about 20, in German and Italian. Ideally next month. Could you send us a proposal?”

Possible result draft

Goal · Revise product descriptions in DE and IT. Scope · About 20 texts according to the enquiry; exact count and length open. Clarify · Source texts, audience, translation or revision, approval process and specific deadline. Price and commitment · Add only after clarification.

Your review

Do not invent services, prices or delivery dates. Check whether the questions allow a sound effort estimate. Personally approve the draft before sending it.

What you can reuse

A reusable proposal outline and a list of missing information.

Fictional exampleTurn documents into a sourced comparison.Show differences without guessing missing information.

Source material

Document A, “Service” section: one workshop for up to six people; materials included. “Follow-up” section: no information. Document B, “Service” section: one workshop for up to eight people. “Follow-up” section: one feedback meeting included; materials not mentioned.

Possible result draft

Participants · A: up to six; B: up to eight — each “Service” section. Materials · A: included; B: not specified — “Service” section. Follow-up · A: not specified; B: one feedback meeting — “Follow-up” section. Open questions · Ask about materials in B and follow-up in A.

Your review

Check every statement against the cited passage. “Not specified” means neither “not included” nor “free”. Set your own selection criteria before deciding.

What you can reuse

A comparison template with criteria, source references and open questions.

The path

From your task to a workflow you can continue on your own.

Pragmatic enough for daily work, careful enough for sensitive tasks.

Bring your own topic
01

Understand

We look closely at your task.

We clarify your goal, the documents you have and what currently costs unnecessary time.

02

Develop

We develop a simple solution.

With your programs, clear checks and no unnecessary technology.

03

Test

We test the workflow on your real work.

You see what works, what limits remain and where a person must check the result.

04

Hand over

We document the workflow and next steps clearly.

You can continue the solution yourself and decide deliberately what needs adjustment.

What you take away

The goal is not an AI experiment, but a workflow you understand and can continue on your own.

Clarity

You know where AI can genuinely help – and where it cannot.

Real-world test

The solution is tested on one of your real tasks.

Independence

You can continue using and improving the workflow yourself.

About

Making complex technology understandable and useful.

I am a civil engineer with a PhD in building technology. I lead a team focused on digitalization and automation in construction and work in applied research and development.

My coaching is deliberately cross-sector. What matters is not the industry, but a real task that AI can make clearer, faster or more reliable.

Before you start

What you want to know beforehand.

A concrete task is enough to start. We work out the right scope together.

Do I need previous AI experience?

No. We start with your task and current workflow. You do not need to code or bring an existing solution.

Which format suits my task?

AI Clarity is a 90-minute session for an initial solution. The AI Workflow Sprint explores a recurring process in more depth. The AI Practice Workshop is for teams of up to eight people. We select the right format in the initial conversation.

How does the sprint work?

The proposed process has four meetings: understand, develop, test and hand over, with work between meetings. The 20–30-minute orientation conversation comes before these. The proposal specifies the actual scope and schedule.

Which programs or accounts do I need?

We first check the programs you already use and the tools approved for your work. If an additional account or licence would help, we discuss it before use. Licences and external services are included only when explicitly stated in the proposal.

Can I bring confidential documents?

For the first contact, describe only the task; do not send confidential files or credentials. Before a practical test, we clarify which materials and tools are suitable and approved. We can start with fictional examples or material carefully cleared of confidential information.

What do I take away from the coaching?

Depending on the format, an initial solution or a documented workflow, clear checkpoints and next steps. The sprint includes a short guide for continued use. The proposal defines the materials to be produced and when the engagement ends.

Does AI handle review or sending?

AI can prepare drafts and structure material. Professional decisions, source checks and approval before use remain with you. The examples do not involve automatic sending. No specific time saving is promised.

What does coaching cost and what happens next?

After the initial conversation, you receive a proposal with scope, price and service limits. You then decide whether to proceed. Further support is agreed separately. A short description of your task is enough for an enquiry.

Start small

Bring the task that costs you time every week.

Together we check whether AI can help and agree on the next useful steps.

Personal initial clarification20-30 minutes · no obligation

Please do not send confidential files or credentials yet. A short description of the task is enough.
